How do I pay?

You can choose the payment method you prefer. Cash, directly to the driver at the end of the service; Credit/Debit card , Bank transfer or paypal deposit in advance through our website.

The driver expects a tip from me?

A.

In Italy the tip is not mandatory but indicates the appreciation of the service and enhances the work of the driver. Therefore we calculate an appropriate tip the equivalent of 15-20% of the cost of the service.

The vehicles are all equipped and under authorization?

A.

Our vehicles are subject to review every six months and all have special license to perform the proposed services.

How early should I book a service?

A.

As soon as possible but even at the last minute we will do our best to take care of you.

Once a service is booked how do I delete it?

A.

To delete a service already booked just send an email. Cancellation is free of any penalty if notified at least 72 hours before the service. If the cancellation is due to force majeure (for example cancellation of flight, train or docking of the ship) there will be no penalty. In this case however, please inform us as soon as possible.

Once you have sent the reservation confirmation as will happen?

A.

You will receive an email with the booking confirmation. It will show that the service is booked. We encourage you to print it out and bring it with you during the service. That copy will be your voucher.

How do I book a tour?

A.

The reservation is very simple, just click on the reservations page and fill in all the spaces related to the service agreed beforehand by mail and Click Submit.
